Coatings for Studs and Nuts
Corrosion is the process that causes the deterioration of a metal—or its properties—due to a reaction with its environment. To protect studs and nuts, we coat these components with Xylan 1424 fluoropolymer. This environmentally friendly, water-based coating (compliant with VOC regulations) features a low coefficient of friction and high resistance to corrosion and abrasion, making it ideal for use in caustic environments
