Fabric expansion joint reference Texplus HT
Nominal diameter 4.6 meters, installation length 600 mm. Manufactured to install in a pipe line with exhaust gases at a temperature of 450°C, with an operating pressure of 0.5 psi. Its metal structure in ASTM A 516 gr 70 steel, thermal insulation and high quality multilayer fabrics to work with high operating temperatures.
Metal expansion joint reference JER-024
Circular metal expansion joint manufactured with hexagonal bellows in 304 stainless steel, designed for the cement industry. In its internal part it has a layer of thermal insulation that reduces direct contact of the fluid with the bellows, the temperature of the fluid is dissipated by the installed insulation and the temperature that reaches the bellows is much lower, in this way the useful life of the flexible is increased.
Self-compensating metal joint
This design absorbs axial movements and does not release pressure reaction force. It has an additional bellows that generates a force equal and opposite to that of the main bellows. The additional bellows counteracts the stress generated by the pressure; This feature is especially important when it comes to joining pipes to turbines or other sensitive equipment that, by their nature, cannot support additional loads.
Rectangular metal expansion joint, reference JER-024
Rectangular metal expansion joint made entirely of 304 series stainless steel, designed with thermal insulation in the internal part of the bellows, stainless steel mesh to retain the ceramic blanket; Special design to dissipate the temperature of the fluid and avoid critical temperatures in the bellows that reduce its useful operating life, special design to work with very high working temperatures.
596 series expansion joint
Rectangular expansion joint, nominal diameter 30”, installation length 400 mm, low constant bellows, multi-sheet, specially designed to absorb large movements in systems low pressure and high temperature pipe. Made of 300 series stainless steel, operating conditions, 300°C at an operating pressure of 1.5 psi. The bellows design allows it to absorb lateral movements and large axial movements caused by thermal expansion in a pipe line.
Flexible metal hose, Flexihose reference for heat exchanger
This flexible metal hose design has an additional accessory, a larger diameter bellows or a copper coil, through which a higher temperature liquid is passed to heat the fluid that goes through the internal part of the flexible metal hose. One of the typical applications is in products that should not solidify due to a decrease in temperature. This is a special design, manufactured so that the chocolate that goes through the internal part of the flexible does not solidify and remains between the waves of the bellows, a minimum temperature is required so that this fluid is always in a liquid state.
