Our spiral packaging are semi-metallic accessories used in the industry to achieve static sealing in processes with pressure and temperature. They are typically used on Raised Face or RF flanges and depending on the style, on Tongue and Groove flanges. These gaskets are designed to prevent fluid leaks at the flanged joints of the pipes.
We have a wide range of styles, such as W, WR, WRI, WI, WP, WIP, WRP, WRIP, MW, MWP, among others, as well as different material options for the coil, inner or outer ring, such as stainless steel 304, 316L, 321, Monel, and soft non-metallic fillings such as graphite, PTFE, ceramic, mica, among others.
During the year 2023, we manufactured a total of 58,188 units of Dinaseal spirometallic packaging, which is equivalent to a monthly average of 4,849 units.
