Isolating gasket kits are accessories for cathodic and electrical protection and prevention of corrosion and abrasion between flanges, which also function as a sealing element in a variety of flanged joints.

Packaging: Main component, whose main purpose is to generate a static seal in the flanged joint when the sealing element is deformed by applying the appropriate torque. It allows electrical insulation between flanges. Depending on the model and application, they are manufactured in aramid fiber, phenolic, or G10.

Insulating bushing: Allows electrical insulation between the bolts and flanges of the flanged joint. These are high-strength G10 tubes with thin walls.

Insulating washer: Creates electrical insulation between the metal washers and the flanges of the flanged joint. These washers are generally made of phenolic or G10, depending on the model.

Metal washer: These are galvanized carbon steel washers, sized according to ASTM F436, which allow the clamping force to be distributed evenly across the surface, reducing friction.
