Double jacket gaskets

Are semi-metallic gaskets, i.e., they have a metal part (shell and liner) and an internal filling in graphite, graphoil, mica, ceramic or Teflon®, they are suitable to work in systems with temperatures up to 480°c.

We can manufacture all flange geometries for heat exchangers, according to ASME B16.20 and TEMA. The most common materials we stock are carbon steel, stainless steel 304 and 316, bronze, copper and Monel® 600.

Our short lead times allow us to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also supply solid and sheet gaskets in special materials for heat exchangers.
