We are exclusive representatives for Colombia of Lamons, an American company specialized in thermal insulation technology, static and dynamic sealing.

The compressed sheets are indicated for the manufacture of foil gaskets for static sealing, in flanges of diverse industrial applications.

Sheet components

We have sheets manufactured with the highest technology, from materials such as:

Rubber sheeting (EPDM, sanitary EPDM, Nitrile, Neoprene)

Asbestos-free synthetic fibers
Matrix Lamons® modified Teflon® (PTFE)

Sheet dimensions (foil gaskets)

All laminates are offered in 1.5 x 1.5 m. dimensions, in addition, in thicknesses of 1/32″ (0.8 mm), 1/16″ (1.6 mm), 1/8″ (3.2 mm). However, if different dimensions are required, they should be consulted with our Technical Department.

Quality standards for laminated gaskets / foil gaskets

Lamons foils are manufactured to the highest quality standards, such as:

Institut Pasteur approvals (ACS for use in drinking water).
DVGW (DIN 3535-6 for use in water)
DVGW (VP-401 for high temperatures in gas)
TZW (KTW for use in water)
WRAS (BS6920 for use in water) DVGW
API 607 4th edition (fire proof)
NSF-61 (Drinkin Water Systems Components – Health Effects)

All those suitable for use in virtually all industrial applications.

Flexilatina Foil Gaskets

We manufacture and supply gaskets economically and safely to achieve static sealing in pipelines for most applications. In addition, we manufacture gaskets from sheets in dimensions standardized by ASME B 16.21. To be installed in flanges ASME B16.5, ASME B 16.47 Series A or MSS SP-44, in addition, ASME B 16.47 Series B or API 605 and finally, DIN Standard or for special industrial fabrications according to drawings and customer requirements. We also manufacture large size gaskets with dovetail design in the joints, to avoid leakage to the outside.
